Delivery

Please note, we are currently offering Free delivery on all orders over £50 inc VAT placed through our website. Any orders placed under £50 will incur a £4.98 inc VAT delivery charge.

The following information refers to orders placed online only.

J T Dove supply all building and plumbing materials throughout the North East, Cumbria, Teesside, North Yorkshire and the Scottish Borders.

We offer free delivery on all orders placed through the J T Dove website when order is over £50 inc VAT, providing delivery is within 10 miles of a J T Dove branch, however, if further afield we may only deliver to your area on a certain day of the week but will contact you to confirm this.

When placing your order via our website, please ensure you input your full delivery address, contact information and select your preferred delivery date, along with any special delivery instructions. Please let us know if your address has any access issues for our vehicles.

Once you have received confirmation of your order, a member of our Central Sales team will call you to confirm the date and advise which one of our depots the delivery will be sent from.

Deliveries are usually carried out by the closest branch to the delivery address, using one of our HGV crane offload vehicles or smaller transit style vans. However, if required we may deliver from a branch further afield.

We do offer Saturday deliveries, however these are carried out between 8 and 12:30, so will depend on availability at the time of ordering. Our Central Sales Team will discuss this if required when calling with confirmation.

Click and Collect

Once your click and collect order confirmation has been received, your order will be ready to collect after one hour unless contacted to say otherwise.

Please ensure you bring your order confirmation in digital form and a form of ID to allow us to verify and release the order.

Courier Delivery

Some items on our site may be courier delivery only and as such cannot be collected from a branch. Due to the additional cost of courier services, a seperate delivery charge will be applicable on orders that contain courier only items and is calculated per 25kg of items added to the basket. The courier services we use typically have a lead time of around 1-3 working days.
