Lead Flexislate flat roof weathering slate, measuring 450 x 450mm, provides a durable, weather-tight seal around flue pipes and soil stacks on slate, tile, asphalt, felt and lead-covered roofs.

Suitable for flat roof profiles with pitches from 0° to 30°, it accommodates pipe diameters from 25mm to 125mm and temperatures up to 100°C. Made from BS EN 12588 Code 4 rolled lead with a strongly bonded, flexible neoprene upstand, it conforms neatly to various roof profiles, helping prevent wind lift and chatter, with an expected service life of over 20 years when correctly installed.
