The Sikafloor-122 Level Multi-Purpose Self Levelling Compound is a versatile, ready-to-use cement-based solution designed to easily smooth and level uneven rigid internal floors.

Ideal for preparation before installing final coverings such as carpets, sheet vinyl, lino, tiles and timber, this self-leveller ensures a flawless base for any finish. Its highly fluid and self-smoothing properties make it simple to apply, whether manually or with a pump, and it maintains excellent workability with minimal shrinkage. Suitable for use with underfloor heating systems, it sets rapidly, allowing you to walk on it in just 2-4 hours (+20C).

This compound is free from proteins and formaldehyde, offering excellent surface hardness.

Waiting Time/Overcoating

At +20 C and 50 % relative humidity:

Foot traffic 2-4 hours

Cover ~8 hours

Times are approximate and at +23 C and 50 % r.h. and will be affected by changing substrate and ambient conditions, particularly the temperature and relative humidity. When overcoating Sikafloor-122 Level Universal always ensure the moisture content has achieved the required value for the coating product, as the waiting time will vary with the application thickness and ambient humidity (refer to the top coat product data sheet).
